AZALEAS
There are so many beautiful azalea photos out there - it’s tough to pick just a few. I guess this makes sense, given that plant enthusiasts have been cultivating azaleas for hundreds of years now. There are azalea societies and even azalea festivals all across the US.
They are flowering shrubs that prefer the shade. They grow in Asia, Europe, and North America. Azaleas were native to Japan but they’re quite popular in the southeastern US.
